600+ already in the queue

Example of a circle on SideQuest: Weekend Chaos, with Katya, Mike, Anna, Alex and three more friends, and three SideQuests in progress.

01 → Your Circle

Your people.
Nobody else.

Your circle is your private space with the people you actually know — up to twelve of them. Everything you do on SideQuest happens inside it: only your circle sees it, and your circle decides.

  1. 01

    Create a Circle

Name it, pick a vibe. Weekend Chaos, Flat 4B, The Running Club That Doesn't Run.

  2. 02

    Invite your people

Send one link to the group chat. Friends, flatmates, siblings — whoever you'd actually do things with.

  3. 03

    Start doing SideQuests

Challenge one friend, or set one for the whole circle. Then go and do it.

Most social apps show you what other people are doing. SideQuest gives you a reason to do something together.

02 → How It Works

One quest.
The whole circle in on it.

Every SideQuest is a small social moment — someone starts it, someone does it, and everyone gets to be part of what happened.

  1. Someone posts a quest

Maya challenges Alex: “Catch the sunrise this week”

  2. A friend accepts

    Alex is in. Deadline: Sunday.

  3. They share the proof

Alex posts a photo from the hill at 6:12 am.

  4. The circle reacts

Anna voted PASS · Sarah: “no way 😂”

  5. The memory stays

Saved to your Circle Memories — for the group, and nobody else.

  5. Sunday

About

Questions before you start a circle

  • What is SideQuest?

SideQuest is a private social app where friends challenge each other to do more interesting things in real life. Less scrolling, more stories with your people.

  • What's a Circle?

A private group of up to twelve people you actually know. Only members see its SideQuests, proof and memories. You can be in more than one.

  • What can a SideQuest be?

Anything worth doing: cook dinner for everyone, try a new restaurant, catch the sunrise, learn 20 Spanish words, visit somewhere none of you has been. Send one to a friend or set one for the whole circle.

  • Isn't this just another social network?

No. There are no followers, no strangers, no ads and no algorithm. Most social apps show you what other people are doing — SideQuest gives you a reason to do something together.

  • What if I don't have a circle yet?

Start solo with one SideQuest a day and a private journal, then invite friends whenever you're ready.

  • How do I get access?

SideQuest is in private beta, with new circles let in every week. Leave your email and we'll send your invite — then you create your circle and bring your people.

Your life is boring. So go and cook dinner for everyone
